Society bands have early success
The Society's Grade 4 and Grade 2 bands competed at the Ashburton Pipe Band Festival on Sunday 31st January, and with success. Although the Grade 2 band was the only entry in thr grade, the performance level was well up on pre-Christmas contests. The Grade 4 band, with up to 22 pipers, easily won the Grade 4 competition.
